What you will do:
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, leave administration, etc.)
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims
- Support open enrollment processes, including communications, data entry, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure benefits data integrity
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and materials for benefits education and onboarding
- Stay current on benefits trends and assist in evaluating new offerings
What you will need to be successful:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with benefits platforms and HRIS systems
- Basic understanding of benefits regulations (COBRA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative HR team
