What you will do:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, leave administration, etc.)
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits enrollment, eligibility, and claims
  • Support open enrollment processes, including communications, data entry, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure benefits data integrity
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and materials for benefits education and onboarding
  • Stay current on benefits trends and assist in evaluating new offerings

What you will need to be successful:

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with benefits platforms and HRIS systems
  • Basic understanding of benefits regulations (COBRA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative HR team

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000
