What you will do:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on leads related to pump control systems
  • Provide technical product information, pricing, and quotes to customers and distributors
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Support outside sales reps with lead qualification, proposal development, and customer follow-up
  • Stay current on product specs, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Assist with trade show prep, marketing campaigns, and product launches as needed

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or technical products
  • Strong communication and high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to pump controls
  • Experience with CRM platforms and quoting tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment
  • Familiarity with electrical or mechanical systems is a plus

Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000
