  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What you will do:
  • Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries and updates
  • Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products
  • Recommending available products and quoting policy and rate updates
  • Keeping client information and conversations updated in the company system
  • Communicating internally with agents for any escalated or urgent matters

What you will need to be successful:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current P&C license required
  • Min 2+ years of experience in a customer service capacity within personal lines insurance
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work within database systems and top-of-the-line industry platforms
  • Sound judgement with the ability to effectively and efficiently identify problems and work toward solutions

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
