Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries and updates
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products
- Recommending available products and quoting policy and rate updates
- Keeping client information and conversations updated in the company system
- Communicating internally with agents for any escalated or urgent matters
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current P&C license required
- Min 2+ years of experience in a customer service capacity within personal lines insurance
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within database systems and top-of-the-line industry platforms
- Sound judgement with the ability to effectively and efficiently identify problems and work toward solutions
