Work model:

• Hybrid

• Perform daily cash application and reconciliation of bank receipts to internal systems
• Handle the application of fees and payments
• Maintain and update commission databases with accurate client and policy information
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Support revenue reporting and respond to audit requests (FINRA, SEC, D&T, AML)
• Assist with onboarding new business acquisitions to the company platform

What you will need to be successful:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail
• Proactive and motivated attitude
