Work model:

- Drive business growth by identifying new project opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and strategic relationship building
- Cultivate and manage key partnerships with general contractors, engineers, and project owners to support long-term business development
- Prepare compelling proposals and bids, delivering presentations that effectively secure commercial and industrial sheet metal contracts
- Perform detailed project estimating by reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate scope, labor, materials, and equipment needs; maintain and update estimating databases
- Lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating teams and subcontractors to meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets while maintaining strong client communication
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial sheet metal contracting, HVAC, or construction project management, with direct exposure to both commercial and industrial projects
- Demonstrated success in business development, including prospecting, client outreach, and relationship cultivation
- In-depth understanding of sheet metal systems, fabrication techniques, and installation best practices
- Proficiency in estimating software, project management platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership skills, including driving client acquisition through strategic relationship building
