Work model:

• On-Site

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment strategies
• Find, screen, and present top talent for a range of organizational roles
• Execute all phases of recruitment, from job listings and interviews to extending offers and coordinating onboarding
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for both existing and future hiring needs
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to support candidate tracking and workflow optimization
• Offer insight and guidance regarding market trends, candidate experience, and compensation
• Guarantee compliance with internal hiring policies and employment laws
• Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm across all candidate interactions to positively represent the company brand

• 3-5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency setting preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to recruit top talent for a variety of positions, including specialized and hard-to-fill roles
• Outstanding relationship-building, consultative, and communication abilities
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools
• Effective in adhering to deadlines, overseeing numerous requisitions, and working independently
• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and excel in a fast-paced setting
