Contact Center Representative (47517)

Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What you will do:
  • Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need
  • Communicate with the customer in writing or verbally to obtain additional or missing information
  • Log client concerns and escalate them to the appropriate parties for resolution
  • Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
What you need to be successful:
  • 1+ years of call center experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport with callers
  • Strong computer skills with experience using several applications and screens simultaneously
  • Dedication to a high-quality client experience, focusing on quality over quantity
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Life and Health or Property and Casualty insurance (preferred)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
