Contact Center Representative (47517)

Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need
- Communicate with the customer in writing or verbally to obtain additional or missing information
- Log client concerns and escalate them to the appropriate parties for resolution
- Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport with callers
- Strong computer skills with experience using several applications and screens simultaneously
- Dedication to a high-quality client experience, focusing on quality over quantity
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in Life and Health or Property and Casualty insurance (preferred)

Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
