Palmer Group is partnering with our energy industry client to search for a Remote Rebate Processor. Candidates with previous processing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment should apply now! 

Work model:

• Remote

• Receive and process incoming rebate applications 
• Assist incoming callers with questions regarding the status of their rebate or eligibility
• Uses knowledge of program requirements to determine applicant eligibility
• Assist in resolving application deficiencies with customers and contractors over the phone

• 1-2 years minimum experience with data entry
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
• Previous call center phone experience preferred
• Highly reliable
• Excellent work ethic
