- Attracting and retaining millennials.

You will be provided an overview of ACA, FLSA and other impactful regulatory areas.
Bonus Presentation: Roadmap for a Growing Company
This topic will explore what business owners need to be aware of when they meet the “magic number” for regulatory compliance.

Navigating Difficult Employee Situations: Examining Five “real life” scenarios and how to avoid pitfalls.
Participants will hear examples of common employee issues that involve navigating applicable regulations (ADA, FMLA, Title IV, etc.) and subsequently turning the negative situation into a success story!
