You know Exemplar Care as the leading Direct Primary Care provider, delivering full access; as often as needed, to dedicated physician care. In February 2021, we are taking that promise a step further with full access clinic visits at any time. Exemplar Care is always there.
Whether you are dealing with a condition outside of your doctor?s hours or you don?t currently have a medical home, once we open, their 24/7 urgent care will be available for the treatment of an array of non-life-threatening conditions, including flu, fever, earaches, insect bites, sprains, simple fractures, eye injuries and cuts requiring stitches.

COVID-19 precautions will be in practice including temperature checks, masks required, social distancing, and plenty of hand sanitizer. The ribbon cutting will also be cast live for those of you wanting a virtual celebration experience.
