Roseland Drive Closure
Urbandale, IA – The City of Urbandale is resuming storm sewer and paving work on Roseland Drive in Urbandale. This three-year project includes Roseland Drive from Karen Acres Creek to 72nd Street as well as Palm Drive from Roseland Drive to 72nd Street. This project is part of the City of Urbandale’s ongoing efforts to improve and expand the storm sewer system and improve road pavement condition.
Beginning Monday, March 30, 2026, Roseland Drive will be completely closed to traffic from southwest of Palm Drive to west of 74th Street, including the intersections of Palm Drive and Elm Drive. Detours will be posted. This stage is expected to last until mid-June, weather permitting; please visit our website (link below) for updates on future stages and closures.
