The Glow Gala represents the “Inner Glow,” possible in all women when we invest in self-confidence through career coaching, professional styling, and providing a community of ongoing support. Funds raised during the Gala directly support Dress for Success Des Moines’ mission to provide women with professional attire, career development tools, and a network of support as they work toward economic independence.
