Pivotal Business Partners have been financing business growth in the City of Des Moines and the Greater Des Moines area since 1981. Now as Pivotal Business Partners we are serving the entire state of Iowa. Over the years, we have approved 144 projects worth $42.6 million through the 504 Loan program, leveraging over $106.5 million in private investment and creating or retaining 1,775 jobs. Additionally, Pivotal Business Partners has approved 126 small business development loans totaling $1.27 million funded from the City of Des Moines Community Development Block Grant Program. These small business loans leveraged over $14.3 million in private investment and created and retained 285 jobs.
