I’m a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) and Clinical Director at Right at Home, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care that helps people remain in their homes. I’ve been a nurse for nearly 25 years and graduated from Mercy College of Health Sciences with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Throughout my career, I’ve held a variety of leadership roles and worked across several areas of nursing, but my true passion has always been home care.I have a deep passion for advocating for and empowering people—whether it's helping patients understand their options, supporting families through challenges, or mentoring fellow nurses to reach their full potential. I love meeting new people and making meaningful connections through healthcare and education. It’s incredibly rewarding to work for a company that shares my mission of delivering compassionate, person-centered care that allows individuals to live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

Hello, my name is Christina Richter and I am the Operations Director at Right at Home. I am a proud graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, with a degree in Business Administration and Gerontology with a focus in Long-Term Care Administration. I joined Right at Home in 2015 and have grown with the organization through roles including Caregiver, Scheduler, Office Administrator, and now Director of Operations. My hands-on experience at every level of care has shaped my strong leadership approach and deep understanding of client and caregiver needs.

I am passionate about developing and mentoring our team while fostering a culture of compassion and excellence. I believe wholeheartedly in empowering clients to stay in their homes as long as possible with the right support in place.
