Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Kathy spent decades as a Registered Nurse and later in medical prescription and device sales—roles that required precision, advocacy, and putting people first. After losing her husband in 2019 and retiring from medical sales, Kathy transitioned into real estate with a clear purpose: to guide people through one of the most important transitions of their lives with clarity, patience, and confidence. As a mother, grandmother, and adoptive parent through foster care, Kathy understands that every family’s situation is unique.
