As a leading building materials manufacturer, our client actively seeks to add to their leadership team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and developing the Inside Sales Specialists and supporting and growing the Outside Sales team. Interested? Keep reading!
Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly production meetings and ensure sales goals and objections are met or can be met
- Monitor a team of 11 Inside Sales Representative and ensure that they are hitting their performance goals
- Assist when needed with escalated customer issues
- Provide continued education of team members and manage the CRM database
- Communicate with Outside Sales Representatives on regional sales as needed
- Work with other department managers to drive sales and improve processes
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Prior experience in a construction or related environment
- Experience in a sales environment
- On-Site
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000
