Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing customers across various channels of communication
- Create and implement sales strategies to demonstrate the features and benefits of their products to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, product management, and account management to coordinate new offerings, campaigns, messages, and programs
- Ensure handoffs to community and account management are smooth and accurate to exceed customer satisfaction
- Serve as a coach or mentor for new employees and other positions in the department
- High school diploma or an associate's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales experience role or 2 years in a customer service or training role
- Ability to speak confidently in public or in front of new or existing customers
- Must have a high level of professionalism and the ability to operate in an office environment
- Travel is minimal, but there will be occasional offside trainings and tradeshows
