The Home Furnishing Business is going strong and Amish Haus Furniture is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our established team. We are a locally owned business with a friendly atmosphere and a focus on the customer. Imagine working in an environment full of hand-crafted furniture complimented with wide range of fabrics, woods and finishes available to create exclusive designs for our customers. Our store is most known for our full line of Amish furniture, but have also have a mattress gallery and are adding some great lines of art, lamps, upholstery and accessories.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Product Training
- Oversee Sales Team, with support and coaching
- Customer Driven Selling
- Accurate Order Entry and Custom Quotes
- Vendor Relationship/ Manage Purchase Orders
Qualifications would include:
- Enthusiastic personality with the ability to work well with others
- 5 years experience in retail or design
- Accounting experience
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work Weekends
