Do you love helping people and keeping things organized? Our growing physical therapy clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable Office Assistant / PT Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

    •    Welcome and support patients with a positive, caring attitude

    •    Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and exercise set-ups

    •    Keep the clinic neat, organized, and running smoothly

    •    Manage basic office duties (scheduling, phone calls, paperwork)

What We’re Looking For:

    •    A people-person with great communication skills

    •    Organized, dependable, and proactive

    •    Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    •    Enjoys working as part of a team (and making patients feel at home!)
