Looking to put your litigation experience to use in a reputable, professional work environment? Our downtown client is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join their team and assist in organizing all data for legal litigation proceedings. If you have at least 5 years litigation experience, an aptitude to learn and desire to drive things forward, this may be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Format briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
  • File legal documents
  • Transcribe dictations
  • Correspond with clients as needed
  • Maintain calendars for attorneys and team
  • Perform administrative projects as required

Requirements:

  • HS diploma required, higher degree or certification a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in workers compensation highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Professional demeanor working with clients and internal staff
  • Strong typing skills and high attention to detail

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
