Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Present and promote company products and services to new and existing customers
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Create Sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed sales targets within specified deadlines
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop sales materials for customer presentations
- Oversee daily sales operations
- Monitor and analyze monthly sales results to forecast business trends
- Set sales goals and metrics
- Train and evaluate team members
- Conduct cold calling activities as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in software sales, customer service, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software is preferred
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred

- Ability to effectively build and nurture client relationships
- Strong leadership qualities to manage and lead a team effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully
