Work Model:

• Hybrid

• Provide front-line support for the network and telecom team
• Support the team with network, telecom, and security management
• Install, configure, and do ongoing maintenance of networked information systems
• Install and setup end users with network hardware
• Monitor network security alerts and capture data for the Network Engineers

• 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, testing and troubleshooting of
  network systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
