IT Support Analyst (40631)
This IT Support Analyst, open due to growth, is the first line of helpdesk and technical support for all employees across multiple locations at this Eastern Iowa company. Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level tech support for the entire company
- Support remote, onsite, and employees at other locations
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve systems issues
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve applications issues
- Collaborate with the technical team for more complicated issues
- Assist in developing more standardized procedures for technical support
- Ability to support server-based applications and PCs/endpoints
- Experience in a primarily Microsoft-based environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email
- Possess a servant-minded approach to customer service
- Aptitude for identifying recurring issues and formulating solutions
Work Model:

- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
