Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns
  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
  • Train and guide end user’s hardware and software usage
  • Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems
  • Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a computer-related discipline
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and service
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driver license
  • Network+ Certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
