What you will do:

• Facilitate process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions
• Create and groom user stories and prioritize the backlog
• Lead the standardization of business process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Utilize Scrum/Agile methodologies to drive project success
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business processes and systems

What you will need to be successful:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
• Proven experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Strong facilitation skills for process mapping and requirements gathering
• Expertise in story creation, grooming, and backlog prioritization
• Demonstrated ability to lead business process improvement initiatives
• Solid understanding and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite)
