This individual will serve as subject matter expert in mandated leave programs and administer escalated leave situations. This is a great opportunity to put best practices in place! 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding leave programs
  • Monitor key processes and implement best practices
  • Guide Leave Administrator
  • Administer escalated complex leave situations
  • Monitor and analyze regulations and compliance requirements
  • Interpret and clarify leave policies to address inquiries
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed
  • Provide consultation to managers regarding leave matters
  • Define and manage the expectations of the team
  • Create and deliver communication material and training related to programs
  • Onboard new HR resources regarding leave programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • Extensive understanding and working knowledge of FMLA/ADAA

Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000
