Responsibilities:

• Implement and help with all hiring practices and procedures
• Administer benefits, stay current on all changes and needs of employees
• Update employee records and make necessary changes
• Manage all employee relations issues as they arise
• Create mission-driven activities the promote culture and development of employees
• Provide engaging activities for recognition
• Serve in other capacities as needed by members and executive staff to ensure all needs of employees  and residents are met

• 5+ years in a Human Resources role
• Experience working in social services, healthcare, or non-profit related space preferred
• Human Resources certifications are preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Ability to be onsite in Centerville everyday
