Responsibilities:

• Administer and communicate HR programs, policies, and procedures
• Provide guidance to hiring managers
• Handle employee relations issues
• Administer benefit and leaves programs
• Maintain and update employee handbook
• Consult on workers compensation claims

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of work experience as a Human Resources Generalist
• Proven history of HR decision making
