Processing Associate (40715)

While this position is primarily, our client would require contractors to be in the office 3 days/month in West Des Moines, Iowa. Contractors are required to have a primary residence in one of the following states to be eligible for this position: Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, South Dakota, or Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process nonregistered associates, registered admin, and testing kits
• Identify paperwork that is not in good order
• Conduct check-in calls that are high quality and add value to the newly affiliated individual
• Send professional welcome e-mails to newly affiliated individuals
• Process transitioning business accurately and timely
• Contact product companies for change of representative updates and update status on client tracking sheets 
• Close all assigned opportunities in Salesforce in a timely manner to prevent a backlog
