In this role you will:

  • Provide daily operational support to the internal and external customers
  • Respond to inquiries from internal as well as external customers
  • Process associated work with your department including asset movement, account transfers, and new account set-up and maintenance
  • Perform detailed research as requested on customer accounts and respond on time
  • Work proactively to identify and resolve potential problems with respect to operational issues

To be considered, you must have:

  • Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in accounting, finance or related skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in problem resolution and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Energetic and results-oriented

Hours: 40 hours between 7:30AM-6:00PM Monday-Friday
