Responsibilities:

  • Support company partners, customers, and personnel on product-related inquiries
  • Utilize internal systems to answer phone, email, and chat inquiries
  • Maintain support tools and solutions that are available online for multiple products
  • Document each interaction effectively, using the contact management system
  • Promote special company offerings through special mailings and proactive reach-outs
  • Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction through policy execution and resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Solid computer skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of agriculture and farming is a plus
  • Previous experience working with farm and/or lawn equipment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Hours:

  • 8-hour shift between 7:00AM – 7:00PM
  • Monday – Friday
