As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement efforts, ensuring compliance and retention through effective communication and customer service. Your role will involve answering inbound calls and text messages, assisting customers to stay compliant, and proactively reaching out via outbound calls, texts, and emails to support retention initiatives. - Monday - Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Respond to inbound calls and text messages, assisting customers to remain in compliance
- Engage with customers via outbound calls, text messages, and/or email to assist with retention efforts
- Track and follow up on all promises to pay, payment plans, and settlements in a timely manner
- Organize and prioritize daily work to meet deadlines
- Comply with department guidelines and goals to ensure KPIs are met
- Contribute to special projects and all other duties as directed by management
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and achieve resolution
- High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are required
