The qualified personnel will join the team on a direct hire basis. Good candidates will have previous customer service experience and personable communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Provide information of products and services
  • Explain details on individual policies including beneficiary information, explanation of values, terms and conditions
  • Ensure and document the appropriate response to each question
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proven critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of life insurance preferred
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Impressive drive to succeed and growth mindset
  • Effective in communication while explaining concepts and processes to a diverse customer base
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Word

Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
