Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on both public records and real estate records to produce abstracts
- Decipher legal descriptions to identify title issues that may arise
- Obtain and provide information to customers through the abstract generation process
- Oversee office employees
- Produce loss and profit statements
- Manage the payment of office bills
- Carry out payroll tasks
- 2+ years experience with title review, title opinions, abstracting experience, or real estate legal experience
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of real estate, abstracting, and legal descriptions
- Substantial computer skills
- Must be a motivated self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000
