Responsibilities:

  • Consult on organizational design, spans of control, and reductions in force
  • Execute the displacements process and other related organizational change processes
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential human capital risks
  • Build trusting and collaborative partnerships, effectively contracting with others to deliver identified business outcomes
  • Support leaders through human resource processes and related communications
  • Support related data analysis and reporting needs
  • Handle other HR consulting opportunities as assigned

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • Experience in process execution, risk mitigation, and employment law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
Hours:
  • 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Monday - Friday

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $100,000- Greater
