Job Summary: Join GoMobile Tires Des Moines as an Automotive Service Technician focusing on tires, oil changes, and general preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Mount, balance and install tires.
• Repair flat tires.
• Rotate tires and inspect brake pads for wear.
• Check and adjust tire air pressure.
•Drain engine oil and refill with suggested viscosity and quantity.
• Replace oil and air filters as needed.
• Perform multi-point inspections on every vehicle to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels of key components like coolant, power steering, and brake fluid.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle other duties as assigned to maintain and repair vehicles.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance is required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong manual dexterity, patience, excellent judgment, and an eye for detail.
• Ability to use technology and access information necessary for daily responsibilities.
• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Bilingual is a plus.
