Customer Support Representative (35461)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support to company partners, customers, and personnel on product-related inquiries
  • Utilize internal systems to answer phone, email, and chat inquiries
  • Maintain support tools and solutions available online for multiple products
  • Document each interaction effectively, using the contact management system
  • Promote special company offerings through special mailings and proactive reach-outs
  • Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction through policy execution and resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability in conflict resolution, and negotiation
  • 6+ months of customer service/support experience
  • Confident in navigating software applications and ability to learn to troubleshoot

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with agriculture or technology dealer channels
  • Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Information Technology, or Engineering-related field
  • Knowledge of agriculture operations

Hours:

  • 8-hour shift within the hours of 1:00 AM-9:30 AM
  • Monday - Friday 

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
