Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions and concerns
  • Assist with and resolve customer inquiries
  • Develop standard solutions to maintain consistent service
  • Ensure accurate customer assistance online
  • Document customer interactions
  • Promote company while interacting with customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Solid computer skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of agriculture clients is a plus
  • Previous experience working with farm and/or lawn equipment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus

Hours:

  • 8-hr shift between 7:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Monday - Friday

 

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
