Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, mail, and emails
- Determine and implement the best solutions for members
- Research to resolve calls within established time frames
- Complete necessary documentation by reviewing outstanding inquiries or requests for quality measures
- Ensure actions are compliant with industry rules and standards
- Communicate to clients for resolution of issues, escalated calls, and fulfillment requests
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual Spanish positions are also available
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while providing solutions to the customer base
- Attention to detail
Work Model:
- On-Site
- 4 days/week 12:30PM - 9:00PM, 1 weekend day 10:30AM - 7:00PM
- All shifts are 40 hours per week
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
