Customer Experience Specialist (30871)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of loan servicing tasks
  • Review loan disbursement requests
  • Process disbursements
  • Prepare loan demands and reconveyances
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries
  • Handle payments for hazard insurance transactions

Requirements:

  • 6+ months' administrative experience or interacting with customers
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours:
  • 7:00AM - 3:30PM
  • Monday - Friday

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000
