Customer Account Representative (40625)

One of our West Des Moines clients is looking for a Customer Account Representative for their growing team. This team provides a "white glove" service to all of their clients, so if you are friendly, professional, and love working in a changing and growing environment, apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound check-ins with clients to answer any outstanding questions and update them on progress
• Maintain high level of customer service by building relationships with clients via phone and email
• Ask questions to learn more about client-specific business
• Answer calls, secure identity of caller, and assist with inquiries
• Track metrics and report weekly to manager
• Bring suggestions for efficiencies and processes to team

• 2-3 years customer service experience required
• Previous experience in a client-facing, or account management role highly preferred
• Ability to multi-task, use multiple computer screens & applications at once
• Metrics-oriented, with strong relationship-building mindset
• Highly flexible and able to adapt to changes in policy
