Contact Center Agent (44705)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Provide excellent customer service support
  • Listen to and respond to customer questions and concerns
  • Share information on services available to clients

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Enthusiastic and team-oriented
  • Reliable, with customer focus

Work Model:

  • On-site
  • Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays
