Call Center Representative (47211)

Our well-established client is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team on a contract basis. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries with professionalism and care in a remote work environment. Work model:

  • Remote
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday

What you will do:

  • Verify caller identities and ensure proper authorization before discussing account details
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, delivering prompt assistance
  • Guide customers through website navigation, login processes, and password resets
  • Utilize multiple internal systems and resources to research and resolve client inquiries

What you will need to be successful:

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is required
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to utilize various applications
  • Reliable remote work set up, including a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • High-speed internet at a minimum of 50 mbps
