Business Coordinator Specialist (33563)

This role is responsible for managing, scheduling, and coordinating specialized service requests from clients within an assigned territory. Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill all service requests from customers 
  • Lead all coordinating, logistics, and communication
  • Work with a wide variety of clients in various industries 
  • Handle all email/written communication – excellent grammar and written communication! 
  • Ability to work within changing and urgent deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience OR a combination of some post-secondary education plus 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in a scheduling or account management-focused role is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to details and accuracy
  • Goal and results-oriented
  • Proven experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional, and collaborative relationships required
  • Proven competence with Microsoft Office 365 and other web-based database programs

Hours:

  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Monday – Friday
