Our Des Moines financial client is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This role will join a family-like staff and support the advisers with client accounts and needs.   • Prepare and process new accounts
  • Changes and update customer and client accounts as requested
  • Update claims
  • Transfer accounts
  • Review financial information, including non-sufficient funds and beneficiaries
  • Receive calls as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of professional office experience
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Proven computer and communication skills
  • Dependable


  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday
  • 8:00AM-4:00PM Friday
