Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of reporting policies
  • Lead the annual financial plan creation process
  • Oversee corporate financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Prepare financial management reports and present findings
  • Oversee the annual audit preparation and process while serving as liaison with auditing firms
  • Manage tax planning and compliance with all required applicable tax entities
  • Lead all cash and treasury operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field required, CPA designation preferred
  • 10+ years’ in corporate accounting roles within the insurance industry required, Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience required
  • Public accounting experience highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen, including working knowledge of statutory and GAAP accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced financial analytic ability and attention to numeric details
  • Overnight travel may be required

Hours May Vary: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday

Salary Range: $100,000- Greater
