Due to our client's ongoing growth, Palmer Group is assisting them in their search for a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. Joining a corporate HR team will lead implementations, optimize performance and connect processes and systems to scale as the business evolves. Responsibilities:

  • Learn business needs and translate them to system and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with HR team members and technical teams to gather requirements and make recommendations
  • Design and implement solutions
  • Configure system upgrades, implement and lead testing
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical deficiencies
  • Train users
  • Develop and implement a new process for efficient HR management
  • Provide analysis of the impact of requested changes
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination, and payroll administration
  • Act as SME on system capability and functionality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of work experience as an HRIS Analyst
  • Substantial knowledge of Human Resources
