Mark has owned and operated his State Farm Agency in Urbandale since 1985 and moved into his current office location at 6773 Hickman Rd in November, 2009. Shortly after starting his State Farm career, Mark joined the Urbandale Chamber and has been a member ever since. Mark has been involved in the chamber in many capacities and has served on the Board of Directors, has been the Chair of the Connector committee during two different tenures as well as serving on the government affairs committee, the communications committee and the advocacy committee. Mark has been named the Connector of the month numerous times, Mark Courter Insurance was the 2005 Urbandale Chamber Business of the Year, in 2008 Mark was honored as the Urbandale Citizen of the Year and was named the best insurance agent in the Des Moines area for 2018 by Cityview and has been one of the top three agents in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Lisa has been the Projector Coordinator at Iowa Sign Company for over 5 years. She graduated from Grand View University in 2009 with a B.A. in Graphic Design/Journalism. Before Grand View, she had 9 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the hotel industry. She is married to Timothy Hanrahan whom they share two children, Cailin (age 21) and Adilia (age 10) and resides in Des Moines. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, traveling, photography and designing. To keep her creative juices flowing, she does freelance design and photography. 

My name is Lisa! With over two decades of experience in the lending industry, I am a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer who knows the ins and outs of the business. My passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership has only grown stronger over the years. Andy Richardson has been a member of the Urbandale Chamber since 2012.  During the time Andy has been with the Urbandale Chamber he has been a Connector, served on the Gen YP Board leading the Professional Development Committee and began serving on the Urbandale Chamber board in 2017. Andy is employed with Electronic Engineering where he consults with his clients to develop two-way radio communication, video security, access control, GPS telematics and other wireless solutions.  Outside of work Andy serves on the City of Urbandale Parks and Recreation commission and enjoys golfing and bowling. Andy and his wife Nicole live in Urbandale with their two daughters.

Clarissa has worked in social media and influencer partnerships within internal marketing teams since her graduation from Iowa State University in the fall of 2021. She received her degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a minor in Women's Gender Studies and a focus in leadership and video storytelling. She is currently furthering her education by obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Clarissa recently moved back to Iowa after living in Kansas City post graduation and now works at Homemakers as a Social Media Manager and Project Specialist. In this role, she works to build a digital community of brand advocates both locally and nationwide to tell the story of Homemakers through the partnerships she facilitates and content she strategizes. 

In her free time she enjoys attending local events, group volunteering opportunities and loves participating in anything active from running, to sand volleyball, to yoga.

Derek serves as the Vice President of Titan Roofing, Solar, and Exteriors, overseeing key aspects of operations, sales, and strategic planning within the company.  He is a current member of the Iowa Army National Guard and has completed a deployment to Afghanistan. Derek enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He lives in the Des Moines area with his wife and two children. 

I recently moved back to the area after spending 9 years in Holland, Michigan. I am thrilled to be back in Iowa.  I work with corporations, organizations, and mid to small businesses as a donor relations manager with Food Bank of Iowa.  Food insecurity and hunger in Iowa is a real issue and I am passionate about finding ways to feed those in need in our communities.  I am a wife, mother, and "Mimi" to 6 incredible little boys and one precious little girl. My husband is a teacher in the Waukee school district. In my spare time, I work out at Farrell's FXB in Urbandale, read, cook and spend as much time outdoors as possible. I look forward to connecting with you! 

I’m very proud to say I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. As an East-Sider and an Iowa native, it’s a joy to do what I can to serve any and all people across the state, especially in the heart of Des Moines. No matter where you go, there’s just no place like Iowa! I started at Copy Systems as a service technician after college. Eventually I moved on to working as the warehouse manager and now I get the privilege to serve as a customer representative. Whether it’s working on equipment we service, doing behind the scenes work in the back, or in front of each customer finding a solution, every role at Copy Systems has been a blessing. I look forward to doing whatever I can to serve the Urbandale community best.

Rachel grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa and has always enjoyed helping and leading others. Rachel attained her bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University in Business Management/Entrepreneurship in 2003 and became a Certified Senior Advisor® in 2019. She first honed her leadership skills in retail management and working in the non-profit sector. 

Outside of work, Rachel has always been involved in many community organizations volunteering and assisting on a leadership level. She landed in the healthcare industry four years ago and has greatly enjoyed her time working with seniors. As a Certified Senior Advisor®, Rachel can assist seniors with planning for their healthcare needs, socioeconomic supports, and organization for end-of-life care.

In my free time, I enjoy working on home projects and spending time with family and friends. 

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.
