Helping my clients/friends take the next step in their life is my mission in life. As a real estate professional I love to work with home buyers and sellers who are ready to buy their first house, or their "forever" house, or sell a home that is no-longer working for their current needs and lifestyle so they can move on.  Although I do specialize in working with seniors and empty nesters, I love helping all clients at important junctures in their lives--  finding the home that works for them and their desired life style. My style is to work in a partnership with my clients. Lisa has been the Projector Coordinator at Iowa Sign Company for over 6 years. She graduated from Grand View University in 2009 with a B.A. in Graphic Design/Journalism. Before Grand View, she had 9 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the hotel industry. She is married to Timothy Hanrahan whom they share two children, Cailin (age 22) and Adilia (age 11) and resides in Des Moines. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, traveling, photography and designing. To keep her creative juices flowing, she does freelance design and photography. 

I recently returned to Des Moines after living in Holland, Michigan for 9 years.  I work with corporations and organizations to raise funds for Food Bank of Iowa. We are in 55 counties in Iowa and have 700 partners including pantries, school pantries, veterans and senior programs, youth services and backpack programs for elementary students.  Right now, food insecurity is at record levels.  Iowa is among three states which saw the largest increase (44.6%) in the number of food-insecure people in Feeding America's latest "Map the Meal Gap" report.  15.4% of Iowa children face hunger and 37% of Iowa households do not make enough to cover basic needs.  I am passionate about this vital work and helping those in need in our communities.  We'd love to have your organization come and tour and/or volunteer with us.

Jayden has been serving as a financial advisor for 6+ years leading families across the Midwest to grow and protect what they treasure most. He went to the University of Northern Iowa double majoring in Finance and Real Estate with an emphasis in Personal Wealth Management. He graduated and went on to build his practice through Northwestern Mutual for five years obtaining the CFP and RICP designations in order to serve his clients at higher level. In order to expand the scope of work he provides and allow true fiduciary guidance, he took his practice independent with RockWay Wealth Partners. He is excited to continue to grow his impact on the businesses and families in the community. Hi, I’m Michael Fitzwater, owner of Mfitz Services LLC. I started this business to offer honest, reliable junk removal and cleanup services to the community I call home. Before Mfitz Services, I managed delivery operations, trained commercial drivers, and earned an associate-equivalent degree from the University of Toyota. I also served as a volunteer firefighter in Lebanon, Oregon—an experience that taught me teamwork, pressure management, and community service. Outside of work, I’ve volunteered over 200 hours at SafeHaven Humane Society, helping animals and giving back to a cause I care about deeply. That same commitment drives how I serve customers today. Hello! I am the newest BTA for Copy Systems and I work directly with business across the state but also with the city of Urbandale. I am fresh out of college and eager to learn and meet new people to help with their office equipment! 

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.
