I have lived in Urbandale since moving here from Minnesota in 2006.  I have 4 kids, one in college at U of South Dakota, two at Urbandale High School and one at Urbandale Middle School.  I opened Fully Promoted this year.  Fully Promoted is locally owned and operated by me.  It is a franchise, so I do have global reach!  I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about your business!  Please reach out if you ever have any questions about what I do, or if you would like to grab a coffee!

For over 20 years of working for a professional hockey team and entertainment arena, I helped develop over 500 interpersonal relationships with all the different departments I was involved with on a yearly basis. This is how I sum up my career. I help people fall in love with their sports and entertainment experiences. I get people excited about their upcoming event(s) by organizing and servicing their experience from start to after the event has finished. This builds trust with my clients. It provides them incentive to want to come back and refer their friends, family and business associates to get involved as well. 

Aaron Colyer comes to Raccoon Valley Bank offering over 10+ years of banking experience. He specializes in Business Banking to provide the best service to his clients. He takes pride in serving his community and exploring options to best suit each business’ needs. I founded my company 30 years ago on coaching, consulting and facilitating. I work with individuals and companies large and small in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors helping them to develop crystal clear strategy, operationalize their plans, build and lead better teams, increase work/life satisfaction, optimize their talent pool and increase overall personal, professional and organizational performance.

When not working I love spending time with grandkids, fly fishing, exploring history or having a beverage with people I care about.
 

I am an Account Executive with Kelly Staffing Services.  My branch office is in Urbandale.  I assist Iowa businesses (large and small) with staffing solutions and services.  Whether you need a temp for vacation support, peak volumes, special projects, help filling difficult positions, or need to increase your candidate pool to fill open positions, I/Kelly can help.  We can assist with general labor, warehouse, distribution, office, clerical, customer service, accounting/finance, IT and more.

Bryan is the founder and co-owner  of Kaizen Health and Wellness. After completing his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, Bryan received a direct commission into the U.S. Navy and served for five years at Naval Hospitals in Bremerton, WA and Okinawa, Japan.The military provided him with extensive clinical and managerial experiences. During his time in the Navy, Bryan completed a musculoskeletal residency and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In 2019, following his military service, Bryan moved back to the Des Moines metro and started Kaizen Health and Wellness. Kaizen is the Japanese word for “continuous improvement” or “change for the better.” 

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.
